Terms of Service

1. Who we are & what you’re agreeing to

“Wabamm,” “we,” and “us” refer to Wabamm. “You” refers to the account holder. If you use Wabamm on behalf of an organization, you represent that you’re authorized to bind it.

2. The software

• License: we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software for your business while your subscription is active.
• Acceptable use: don’t upload unlawful or infringing content, attempt to breach security, or resell the software outside the licensed model.
• Storage & no surprise overage: each plan includes a storage allotment. If you reach your cap, you upgrade or self-manage — we do not auto-bill overage, and existing files remain accessible.
• Your content & license to us: you retain ownership of content you upload and grant us the limited license needed to host, transcode, store, and deliver it to provide the software.
• Availability: the software is provided on an ongoing basis and is actively developed; features may change.

3. Legacy editing services

For members with an active done-for-you editing membership: we edit footage you provide — cuts, captions, sound design, formatting, and platform-ready exports — delivered through the Wabamm app as a recurring subscription, with requests worked one active edit at a time subject to fair-use production capacity. You must hold the rights to all footage, music, and materials you submit. You retain ownership of your raw footage and the finished edits; we may showcase delivered work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing. These memberships are no longer offered to new customers; existing memberships continue under this section until cancelled.

4. White-label & multi-tenant (agencies)

• Agencies may apply their own branding and domain to the experience for their clients, within the features of their plan.
• Each organization — including nested sub-agencies and businesses — contracts and bills with Wabamm independently. Parent–child relationships are for branding and visibility, not for collecting payments on another organization’s behalf.
• As an agency, you’re responsible for your own clients’ and editors’ use of the platform and for the content they upload.

5. Subscriptions, renewal & cancellation

• Auto-renewal: paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
• Easy cancellation: you can cancel at any time, and cancelling is at least as easy as signing up — you can do it yourself, online, without contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: except where required by law or stated in a specific offer, fees are non-refundable and we don’t prorate partial periods.
• Data after cancellation: after cancellation we may delete your stored content following a reasonable retention window. Export anything you want to keep before cancelling.
• Price changes: we’ll give reasonable notice of price changes; they take effect on your next renewal.

6. Mobile apps

Use of our mobile apps is also subject to the applicable app store’s terms. The license above covers the apps; don’t reverse-engineer or misuse them.

7. Messaging

If you opt into text messages, message and data rates may apply and frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle messaging consent.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The services and software are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee specific business, audience, or revenue results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. See our Disclaimer.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or abuse. You may stop using the services at any time.

10. Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms; material changes are reflected by the “Effective” date above. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules.
