Affiliate Agreement

1. What you can earn

• Commission: 20% of a referred customer’s subscription, recurring for the first 12 months of their paid subscription.
• All plans count: referrals to any Wabamm subscription plan (Business Owner, Editor, or Agency) are commissionable. Referrals made to previously offered services remain commissionable under the terms in effect when they were made.
• Commission is calculated on net subscription revenue actually received (excluding taxes, fees, refunds, and chargebacks).

2. Attribution & tracking

You’ll receive a unique referral link. We capture your referral and affiliate identifiers (the ref and am_id parameters) and carry them through signup — including across to the app at app.wabamm.com — so eligible referrals are credited to you. Attribution follows our standard tracking window and last-touch rules.

3. Payouts

• Commissions accrue while a referred subscription is active and paid.
• Payouts are issued on a regular schedule after a standard hold period that allows for refunds and chargebacks.
• A minimum payout threshold may apply before a payment is released.

4. Cancellations, refunds & clawbacks

If a referred customer cancels, refunds, or charges back, commission for the affected periods stops and any commission already paid on refunded or charged-back amounts may be deducted from future payouts.

5. How you may promote

• Promote honestly and accurately — no false claims, guaranteed-results promises, or spam.
• Disclose your affiliate relationship as required by the FTC and applicable law.
• No bidding on Wabamm trademarks in paid search, no cookie-stuffing, and no self-referrals.
• Don’t impersonate Wabamm or misrepresent the products.

6. Termination

Either party may end participation at any time. We may withhold or reverse commissions earned through prohibited methods, and may remove affiliates who violate these terms.

7. Changes

We may update program terms and commission structure with notice; changes apply going forward.
